My Story
My name is Eghan, and in less than two years,
I went from being a sales associate to owning my own agency.
At just 20 years old, I became a manager, driven by a passion for excellence and hard work. Along the way,
I learned invaluable lessons in leadership and entrepreneurship.
I’m excited to share my journey and inspire others to pursue their dreams.

I started my career as a sales representative, eager to connect with clients and meet their needs. My passion for the industry and commitment to delivering great service helped me quickly adapt to the role. Through hard work, I built strong customer relationships that contributed to the company’s growth. This experience played a key role in shaping my career in sales.​

Within a few months, I was promoted to assistant manager. This rapid promotion came from my drive to exceed sales goals and build strong client relationships. I took the initiative to improve processes and help the team succeed, which caught the attention of leadership. My dedication to the company's goals and proactive attitude earned me this opportunity for advancement.

With determination and hard work, I opened my own office and founded Spiros Inc. The journey wasn’t easy, but staying focused on my vision and putting in relentless effort paid off. Every challenge I faced fueled my desire to succeed, and now I run a company that reflects my dedication and ambition.
